Sick Visits

WE ARE NOT AN URGENT CARE OR WALK IN CLINIC. We offer sick visits for patients ages 12 and up who are established with us as primary care patients.

What are sick visits?

Sick visits are a first come first serve and booked as an appointment.  Please note if you walk in you will be offered the next available appointment and it may not be the same day.

The following are symptoms that you should seek emergency care:

  • Chest pain or difficulty breathing
  • Weakness or numbness on one side of the body 
  • slurred speech 
  • Fainting or changes in mentation
  • Serious burns, serve deep cuts to include facial lacerations
  • Broken bones or dislocated joints 
  • Seizures 
  • Pregnancy and vaginal bleeding 
  • Suicidal thoughts

Sick Visit Services

We do not have on-site X-ray, but can order imaging as necessary.

Please note:  Sick visits are not to be used for primary care services such as medication refills.  In order to provide quality, timely care to all patients, we cannot provide both sick visits and primary care within the same visit time.  Primary care requests will be rescheduled as necessary.

  • If you are a NEW patient and would like to start coming to our office for PRIMARY CARE please do not book online call the office at 540-216-2183 as we are booking months out and the appointment you request online will be declined.
  • If you are a NEW patient but just want to do WEIGHT LOSS appointments with us you may book online, please understand these are cash only appointments no insurance is accepted for these appointments.  (Only established primary care patients can use insurance for weight loss appointments.)
