In our office we provide consultation and if qualified we would give you a certificate allowing you to purchase medical marijuana safely at one of the authorized stores.
You must get a certificate in order to purchase medical marijuana.
We would need to see your driver’s license and bring proof of diagnosis of diseases or illnesses that would show you qualify.
This is a cash only service, you will not be allowed to use your insurance to pay for this – $200.

DOT Physicals

A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical is a physical exam that is required of people who drive commercial vehicles. The point of the DOT physical is to make sure that people who are driving commercial vehicles are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit.
